We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for managing the main customer acquisition channels and overseeing several teams.

What tasks await you

Management of key acquisition channels You will manage performance marketing channels (with the in-house team) and oversee work with bloggers (through an agency). Your tasks will include controlling customer quality, working with discounts, and forming necessary offers.

Analysis and optimization of marketing activities You will analyze ROI metrics, LTV, customer acquisition cost, as well as build hypotheses and conduct experiments, evaluating their effectiveness.

We expect that you

• Have English language skills at least at an Advanced level
• Understand marketing, know user acquisition and retention metrics, understand product specifics
• Are proactive and possess good communication skills
• Are business results-oriented
