Performance Marketing Group Lead
eLama is an independent technology platform in digital marketing. We are developing within the Yandex ecosystem and creating our own product that integrates all key advertising systems—from VK to Avito and Telegram. We have maintained independent infrastructure and unique processes to provide thousands of Russian companies with a single tool for growth management.
Strategic Planning and Budget Management You will develop and implement performance marketing strategies, manage the budget within the target profitability indicators. Your task is to promptly notice deviations in key metrics and react to them quickly to achieve the company's long-term goals.
Tactical Management of Advertising Campaigns In practice, this means manual management of campaigns in Yandex Direct, VK Ads, and Telegram Ads. You will build their architecture, analyze traffic cannibalization, select bloggers for seeding via TGStat, and evaluate the effectiveness of each channel.
Collaboration with Analytics, Design, and Development Teams You will need to set technical specifications for website and analytics improvements (for example, configuring JavaScript events, GTM/YTM, offline conversions via API) to improve advertising effectiveness. It's important to speak the same language with the executors and clearly formulate requirements.
Management of Group Resources and Priorities You will assess the scope of tasks and the team's capabilities to evenly distribute the workload and achieve the campaign's priority goals.
Traffic Analysis and Optimization You will need to analyze traffic and find new growth points, as well as proactively work with profitability and traffic capacity risks to maximize results.
