Performance marketing manager (International Taxi Projects)

Yandex Taxi's international division is looking for a traffic manager.

We believe successful marketing is built on analytics, so we want someone on the team who isn't intimidated by numbers and Excel, who loves and knows how to analyze large amounts of data.

What tasks await you

Traffic Acquisition Attract traffic from international advertising channels, scale this channel.

Analytics Be responsible for analytics and optimization of advertising campaigns.

Running Experiments Test new tools and formats, generate ideas and hypotheses.

We expect that you

• Have purchased advertising in international social networks
• Have analyzed purchase effectiveness not only from the perspective of CPI, CAC, and CR, but also using deeper product metrics
• Have an excellent understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPI, LTV, ROI, ARPU, DAU, etc.)
• Know how to understand technical details of configuring advertising and analytics systems
• Are familiar with tracking systems: AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, Adjust
• Understand the principles of mobile attribution and working with fraud
• Are fluent in English
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar
