Description
The SberPrime team is focused on creating and developing the customer experience around Sber's flagship subscription, combining ecosystem and bank services to provide discounts, bonuses, and privileges to users.
Responsibilities
- Market and competitor analysis in the digital environment.
- Development and implementation of a promotion strategy considering KPIs.
- Building a system of end-to-end analytics with omnichannel and attribution models.
- Strategic planning and control of annual and quarterly KPIs.
- Implementation of the strategy in digital channels: performance, CPA, bloggers, brandformance, digital media.
- Optimizing the acquisition cost for each channel.
- Scaling sales through the integration of online and offline distribution via the CPA model.
- Attracting new customers and developing existing channels.
- Searching for and connecting new platforms for subscription services.
- Coordinating the work of CPA agents, integration, contracts, promotional campaigns, promo codes.
- Developing promotions and bonuses to stimulate sales.
- Analyzing the customer journey and UX/UI across all channels: web and mobile.
- Participating in the development and approval of content for promotions and bonus mechanics.
- Interacting with business, methodologies, and legal teams.
- Supporting all business areas in matters of digital promotion.
- Preparing complex analytical presentations and reports.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Experience in marketing for over 5 years and experience in a CPA marketing role for over 3 years.
- Experience working with Yandex Metrica.
- Conducting A/B tests of various hypotheses, launching new channels with subsequent in-depth analysis.
- Experience with Big Data and Dashboards (compiling business requirements for visualization and content tailored to business needs, monitoring team performance, meeting deadlines).
