We are seeking a talented Campaign Manager to oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital strategies in marketing. This position requires a deep understanding of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence, proficiency in data-driven approach principles, and a proven track record of launching successful marketing projects. Your task will be to design and implement effective automated communications capable of significantly enhancing the company's customer experience and increasing business profitability.
Responsibilities
Team and Process Management:
- Forming and managing a multidisciplinary team of specialists in marketing, analytics, and IT (10+ people).
- Developing strategic plans for marketing communications development and leading the implementation process.
- Monitoring the quality of task execution across all team units.
Project Activities:
- Launching and scaling scalable, multi-format omnichannel campaigns utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions to increase company conversion rates and profits.
- Creating effective advertising offers and attracting customers through personalization and targeting.
Technological Knowledge and Expertise:
- Deep expertise in applying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence methods for audience segmentation, user behavior prediction, product recommendations, and communication personalization.
- Experience in operating enterprise marketing automation systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), tools for Big Data analysis, and personalizing customer interactions.
- Practical experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems: Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other large-scale data analytics tools.
- Understanding the fundamentals of integrating corporate information systems, cloud services, and internal databases.
Analysis and Performance Improvement:
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of launched campaign effectiveness, developing initiatives to improve KPI metrics and increase return on investment (ROI).
- Organizing A/B testing and multichannel analysis of marketing activity effectiveness.
- Regular reporting to company management on achieved results and proposals for further development.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of successful experience in the field of marketing communications, CRM management, and digital marketing.
- At least two years of successful project leadership in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence methods.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making methods and deep learning to enhance the accuracy of predictive analytics.
- High level of knowledge and competency in working with marketing automation technologies, including email marketing systems, chatbots, push notifications, and SMS campaigns.
- Advanced analytical abilities and knowledge of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of traffic acquisition channels and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to effectively integrate various information flows and data from different sources to achieve optimal results.
- Higher education in marketing, digital economy, information-analytical activities, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in successfully executing large-scale projects with positive results in the form of growth in key financial indicators (revenue, number of customers, ROI).
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and quickly adapt to market changes.
- Strong communication skills, developed emotional intelligence, and effective collaboration skills with colleagues from various departments.
