The department is engaged in strategy development, benchmark search, as well as analytics and preparation of presentation materials for the bank's top management.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end (E2E) preparation of presentations for top management and broad audiences (storyline development, content collection from teams, structuring, and visualization)
- Analysis of data on clients and communication campaigns, and formulation of conclusions and insights
- Gathering materials/statuses/reports, preparing centralized responses for management and controlling teams
- Ad-hoc market benchmarking
- Understanding the principles of personalized marketing, campaigning (local CRM) in large campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and benchmark search
- At least 3 years of experience in the strategy field
- Experience in preparing presentations and reports for management
- Advanced communication skills
- Proactivity, willingness to explore new things and work as part of a team
- Punctuality and responsibility
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode, set priorities, and achieve results promptly
