Description
The Risks Block Headquarters is looking for an employee for budgeting and cost allocation tasks for the Block.
Responsibilities
- establish the budgeting process within the block for their area
- control costs during the budgeting process, considering the tasks facing the block, and propose optimization solutions
- lead the process of planning the headcount of PCP (permanent contract personnel) and working with the tariff models of the "Risks" block
- form the block's cost allocation model and maintain it in an up-to-date state
- control budget execution, form analytical reports, conduct factor analysis of deviations
- prepare structured, concise, and clear presentations for different tasks and different management levels
- interact with management, related departments (e.g., Finance Department), and Business Blocks
Requirements
- higher economic / mathematical education from leading universities
- work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (experience as an auditor, analyst, business controller in an international / IT company is preferred)
- knowledge and understanding of management reporting methodology
- strong financial and analytical skills
- advanced user of MS Excel (working with array formulas, pivot tables, data models, Power Query and Power BI) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- ability to quickly understand a task, take responsibility, delve into the essence of a process, and know how a particular figure came about
- ability to work with large datasets
