Sber is looking for a Head of Sector in the Department of Analysis and Commercial Real Estate Management
Responsibilities
- formation and control of the budget for the pool of Bank's income and expense lease contracts (600+ contracts)
- payment processing for contracts (600+ contracts)
- management of accounts receivable
- management of the contract process for Bank premises for the respective Blocks (80,000 sq.m.)
- management of workspaces in the Bank's administrative buildings
- defending the strategy for managing Bank assets
- preparation of analytical information on the movement / formation of the department's budgets for the Bank's top management, preparation of materials for the Bank's collegial bodies, defending projects
- development of presentation materials with consolidated analytical information for the Bank's top management.
Requirements
- higher education
- knowledge of the structure of income and expense lease contracts
- knowledge of rental rate levels in Moscow
- knowledge of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
- knowledge of technical documentation for buildings and premises
- experienced user of SAP UVKhD
- advantage: AI skills.
