Description
The team of the Kaluga Branch of the Srednerussky Bank is looking for a Head of the Comprehensive Support Center.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- implement the full management cycle: personnel recruitment, performance monitoring and evaluation, personnel training and certification, professional development planning, organization and control of working conditions and occupational safety
- lead the Center, develop and monitor the results of the implementation of the plan of activities to achieve key performance indicators in real estate, construction and operation
- manage the budget, analyze and work with deviations of actual results
- implement projects for construction, reconstruction, major repairs of real estate objects and formulate proposals for objects to be included in the targeted plan for the development of the material and technical base
- manage rental and land-property relations in the real estate sector, as well as optimize rental expenses and income
- manage the Bank's own vehicle fleet, ensure its operation, including specialized cash-in-transit vehicles.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher technical or economic education
- at least 5 years of experience in real estate management and operation
- at least 5 years of management experience
- knowledge in the field of project activities, basics of reconstruction and construction.
