The Corporate Sales Management Team invites a professional and energetic candidate for the position of Principal Client Manager in the Real Estate Financing Department. You will be responsible for strengthening our solid business relationships with key representatives of large and medium-sized businesses, developing mutually beneficial partnerships, and qualitatively improving customer service.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- identifying needs and developing long-term relationships with clients from large and medium-sized businesses
- selling Sber's products and services specializing in real estate financing
- planning business development with clients within the framework of corporate lending
- participating in deal structuring together with a credit inspector, preparing materials and reports for the credit committee
- implementing measures to increase sales volume, business planning, compiling reports, and analyzing the client base.
Requirements
Expectations from the candidate:
- higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting
- experience in successfully attracting large corporate clients with an annual turnover of at least 1 billion rubles (is a mandatory requirement)
- practical experience in implementing large credit deals of at least five hundred million rubles (is a mandatory requirement)
- good knowledge of the fundamentals of accounting, tax policy, financial and economic activity analysis, securities circulation, and business valuation
- clear understanding of Russian legislation related to corporate client lending
- readiness to use AI in daily work (training provided by the company — has its own courses).
