Marketing Department Head at Yandex Afisha
In recent years, Yandex Afisha has taken a leading position in the ticketing market. We plan to grow actively: increase market share, develop our own showcase, strengthen the brand, and create new revenue streams.
We are looking for a CMO/CGO who will take on marketing development and business growth at the company-wide level. Development of the Yandex Afisha Brand You will develop the Yandex Afisha brand as the main service for finding events and buying tickets. You will need to form clear positioning, build a long-term communication platform, and achieve love brand status in the category. You will be responsible for growing key brand metrics: TOM, awareness, penetration, and frequency of service usage. Your task is to systematically increase the share of the audience that chooses Yandex Afisha as the primary service for finding events and buying tickets.
Marketing Management You will be responsible for federal marketing campaigns and the entire media mix — from digital to offline channels. You will manage creative strategy, media planning, SMM, and the launch of large marketing campaigns. You will also need to develop the user acquisition system: work on performance marketing, SEO, ASO, and other growth channels. You will need to manage the acquisition funnel, improve channel efficiency, and work with unit economics.
CRM Marketing Development You will be responsible for developing CRM marketing and growing audience LTV: segmentation, personalization, communications, and ways to increase the frequency of service usage.
Integrations into the Events Industry An important task is to ensure the brand's presence in the events industry. You will develop integrations of Yandex Afisha into major festivals, concerts, and cultural projects, strengthening the brand's offline presence.
Development of Advertising Revenue You will be responsible for the advertising direction: creating advertising products for partners and growing advertising revenue as a separate business direction.
