Ultima Marketer for the Yandex Go SuperApp Team

Ultima is the premium ride-hailing service within the Yandex Go superapp. We are looking for a mature marketer who will actively participate in brand development.

What tasks await you

Product promotion and development You will be responsible for promoting and developing a complex and interesting product, reinforcing its image as a premium, fashionable, and cutting-edge service.

Target audience analysis You will analyze the target audience and its needs, building effective communication with it.

Strategy work You will need to build marketing and communication strategies, develop and implement advertising campaigns, as well as manage marketing projects and track their effectiveness.

Work with related teams Your role will include cross-team collaboration; you will coordinate the work of colleagues during project implementation.

• Have created marketing strategies or participated in their creation, understand their structure
• Have researched the customer base and external audience, know how to interpret results, turning them into hypotheses
• Have created advertising campaigns from brief to placement
• Understand the principles and rules of communication with a premium audience
• Know how to work with key business and marketing metrics
• Have managed projects, know how to set clear tasks, monitor quality and deadlines, analyze results
• Excel at interacting with people and managing their work
• Are independent, energetic, set ambitious goals, and take responsibility for decisions
