HR Marketer / Employer Brand Manager
Our team implements projects that increase the recognition and attractiveness of the Yandex 360 employer brand. We are structurally part of the marketing department and work closely with internal communications and clients.
Implementing the employer brand development strategy You will be responsible for developing the recognition and attractiveness of the Yandex 360 team, analyzing current recruitment and retention channels, executing the communication plan with IT and non-IT specialists, and proposing new ideas for brand development.
HR Marketing You will actively collaborate with the DevRel Manager to promote our content, events, and create integrations across all internal and external channels. You will need to help manage the ecosystem of our landing pages: structuring information, unifying content, understanding internal landing page builders, assigning tasks to designers and layout specialists, configuring metrics, monitoring the funnel up to hiring, SEO and numbers, as well as trying and testing different channels: from CRM marketing to influence marketing.
Content Marketing Our team produces a ton of interesting and non-trivial projects. You will need to be able to talk about them in texts of various formats: announcements, SMM communications, presentations, articles, short pitches to colleagues, and so on. You will lead special projects and sometimes write scripts, participate in implementing the content plan for external communities, integrate our ambassadors and speakers, and, in collaboration with PR and the team, prepare the external communications plan for the HR brand.
