What tasks await you

Managing HR Processes You will ensure effective support of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews. Be responsible for high levels of staff motivation and engagement, solve complex problems within teams, and create a healthy and productive work atmosphere. Also, act as a leader in shaping the HR agenda based on business goals.

Talent Development and Culture Formation You will form high-performance teams and develop key employees, helping them realize their potential. Work on increasing staff engagement and consult managers on building career tracks. Participate in conflict resolution, contributing to the building of trusting and constructive relationships. Forecast risks related to key employees and develop effective problem-solving strategies.

Leadership in HR Projects and Data Analysis You will analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions for making informed decisions that affect business strategy. You will initiate and lead HR projects aimed at improving processes, as well as implement and support changes necessary for the development of your area of responsibility.
