Training and Adaptation Manager at Yandex Cloud

We are looking for a project leader who will create and develop adaptation and educational solutions for all Yandex Cloud employees. Your mission is to rethink the approach to onboarding newcomers and employee development.

What tasks await you

In the adaptation track You will be responsible for improving the overall adaptation process and building customized tracks within different streams of the business group, defining key metrics for the quality of the adaptation process, working on the first impression, analyzing and continuously improving the onboarding experience for new employees. Furthermore, you will create tools and materials to help employees adapt faster.

In the training track You will participate in the development and implementation of full-cycle educational solutions—from needs gathering, concept development and presentation to metric analysis. You will become a participant in the talent management process, have the opportunity to test new development formats for key people, monitor EdTech and corporate learning trends, and adapt best practices to meet the company's needs.

We expect that you

• Have launched adaptation/educational projects from scratch and organized the work of cross-functional teams
• Have worked with e-learning systems and products
• Know how to develop both local and large-scale solutions
• Are ready to pitch your ideas and convey large volumes of complex concepts in accessible language to different audiences, including development teams
• Think flexibly, seek non-obvious effective solutions
• Can see a problem comprehensively and propose solution options, possess systems thinking
• Love numbers: know how to work with data and build analytics

Will be a plus

• Gained experience in EdTech, corporate training, or product development
• Are aware of AI trends and ways to apply them in learning and development tracks
