About the team
Our team oversees the entire onboarding process for new employees: from the moment they accept the offer and their first working day until the completion of their first three months.
We are looking for a leader for the onboarding team who will take on project and team management with a focus on creating the smoothest and most seamless path for new employees from the moment they join the company.
What you will do:
- manage the onboarding team;
- manage the backlog of operational and strategic projects in onboarding together with the team;
- automate onboarding processes together with the product team;
- build interactions with all cross-functional teams involved in employee onboarding;
- define the development strategy for the onboarding team;
- prepare reporting documentation as needed.
We expect you to:
- have worked in a managerial role in HR with a team of five or more people;
- have at least three years of experience in a project manager role;
- be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team and manage processes with a large number of stakeholders;
- be able to make decisions in rapidly changing conditions;
- be proactive, adept at multitasking, independent, and open to new experiences.
