You will be responsible for:

• Researching the needs of the client group, identifying key problems, and proposing solutions in the field of training and development;
• Developing concepts for educational solutions to implement strategic initiatives and accelerate employee development;
• Being responsible for the performance metrics of educational solutions;
• Engaging necessary internal and external expertise for solution development;
• Managing the development of educational solutions, including work with experts, instructional designers, and coordinators;
• Piloting, implementing, and updating educational solutions;
• Providing communication support for the development and implementation of educational solutions;
• Initiating and implementing processes that accelerate the development of educational solutions and increase their effectiveness.

We expect you to:

• Possess adult learning methodology and have at least three years of experience developing educational projects for employees of technology companies;
• Have developed training programs for specialists or managers in IT;
• Have experience managing projects with a large number of stakeholders and experts;
• Have been responsible for organizing and maintaining communications with a large number of participants and teams, managing deadlines, risks, and resources;
• Be able to independently identify business problems and key metrics, as well as develop solutions;
• Have experience researching the needs of the business and the target audience.
