Description
The Level Programs Center is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive development programs for line, middle, and senior managers. Several program streams are implemented annually for each level of management, with group sizes ranging from 100 to 300 participants for Sber employees and partner companies.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the competitive selection process: landing pages, enrollment documents
- Organizing and conducting on-site programs at the SberUniversity campus and remote programs
- Collecting and analyzing course completion statistics and feedback questionnaires
- Managing procurement and related document flow
- Administrative support for the program's internal processes (orders, memos)
- Working with educational service providers on current requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing and conducting educational events for large groups of participants
- Expertise in implementing educational projects, including experience working with various technological solutions (LMS)
- Experience working with providers and managing complex, structured contracts
- Confident command of English (the Center also implements international projects)
- Strong communication skills, stress tolerance
- Experience working with AI tools.
