Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- interact with business units on training issues, monitor the level of training
- organize internal and external training for employees and company partners
- conduct educational events (trainings, workshops, facilitations, master classes, brainstorming sessions, business games)
- ensure group enrollment for training
- participate in the development and updating of centralized educational and methodological materials
- conduct pre-training and post-training support for employees
- interact with managers on personnel training and development programs
- participate in the implementation of new training formats and forms
- work in project teams
- conduct communications with external clients for the sale of educational products.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- have completed higher education
- have worked as a trainer, business trainer for at least 2 years
- know adult learning methodologies
- be able to work with online tools and platforms
- have skills in developing training materials and programs
- have experience in conducting trainings and educational events, facilitations, workshops
- possess skills in data analysis and formulating proposals and reports based on analysis results
- be proficient in PC at an advanced user level (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- have developed and conducted facilitation sessions
- have experience working in project teams
- have experience working with AI tools.
An advantage will be additional education "train the trainer", ICBT certification, coaching education, facilitator certification.
