Responsibilities
- implements centralized HR processes and tools, provides support and consulting to employees
- monitors the achievement of established HR metrics within their functional area (turnover, staffing, vacations, etc.)
- accompanies and consults employees on career management issues, conducts career dialogues
- works with deviations during training plan implementation
- participates in the process of monitoring labor cost expenditures
- conducts expertise on labor disputes, facts for imposing disciplinary actions on employees, handles complaints
- conducts communications with managers during headcount optimization activities in departments, including meetings with employees (during mass layoffs) and resolving complex issues
- works with surplus and employees being laid off, including offering alternative employment
- ensures support for conducting various competitions and corporate culture events.
Requirements
- higher education
- work experience and expertise in HR for at least 3 years
- knowledge and understanding of bank business processes
- effective communication skills, execution management, systems thinking, team development and collaboration skills
