Career Development and Training Department
Responsibilities
- Organizing internal and external training for company employees and partners.
- Conducting in-person and online training sessions for specialists and managers on developing Soft skills (including sales and communications, management skills).
- Conducting development events of various formats (workshops, facilitations, master classes, brainstorming sessions, business games).
- Organizing pre-training and/or post-training support for employees.
- Managing the outcome of training events (monitoring skill development).
- Organizing the filling of training groups.
- Creating and updating training programs according to business needs.
- Interaction with heads/key employees of functional blocks.
- Fulfilling established KPIs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of methodology for conducting training events.
- Skills in conducting training events of various formats.
- Knowledge of methodology and skills in developing training events.
- Knowledge and skills in conducting training events.
- Proficiency in mentoring tools.
- Ability to make non-standard decisions.
- Customer focus.
Conditions
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00, office.
- Address: Evdokimov St., 37.
