We are looking for a Psychologist in Voronezh
Responsibilities
- Implement programs to support the emotional health of employees and teams, as well as develop Soft skills among employees;
- Monitor the socio-psychological atmosphere in teams;
- Provide consultations to bank employees in the field of emotional health;
- Provide psychological support to employees;
- Apply short-term counseling methods;
- Based on the analysis of requests, develop programs and conduct thematic group events (lectures, webinars, seminars, workshops, debriefings, games, trainings in in-person and online formats, including off-site) with the aim of improving the emotional state of employees.
Requirements
- Work experience as a corporate psychologist from 3 years;
- Higher education in the specialty "Psychology";
- On-site presence in the office at the workplace;
- Experience in conducting thematic group events (lectures, webinars, seminars, workshops, debriefings, games, trainings in in-person and online formats);
- Experience working with rapid psychocorrection methods from 1 year (1-2 sessions);
- Skills in working with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and burnout, depression;
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
