Responsibilities
- implements centralized HR processes and tools, provides support and consultation to employees
- monitors the achievement of established HR metrics within their functional block (turnover, staffing, vacations, etc.)
- supports and consults employees on career management matters, conducts career dialogues
- works with deviations during the implementation of the training plan
- participates in the process of monitoring labor cost expenses
- conducts expertise on labor disputes, facts for imposing disciplinary actions on employees, handling complaints
- conducts communications with managers during events to optimize the headcount of departments, including meetings with employees (during mass layoffs) and resolving complex issues
- works with surplus and laid-off employees, including in terms of offering alternative employment
- provides support for conducting various competitions and corporate culture events.
Requirements

higher education

work experience and expertise in HR for 3+ years

knowledge and understanding of business processes in a bank

skills in effective communication, execution management, systems thinking, team development and collaboration.
