The Krasnoyarsk Branch of Sberbank announces a competition for the position of Senior Business Partner for Team Development.
In the People and Culture block team, we are looking for an experienced expert in the field of human resource management who understands how to achieve significant business results using HR tools.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- supervising business units across all HR areas (recruitment, adaptation, development, training, etc.)
- building partnerships between business and HR, providing support in all HR processes
- interaction with internal centers of HR competencies, setting up all processes and implementing best practices in HR areas
- supporting the business team on issues of hiring, retention, performance evaluation, motivation, compensation and corporate benefits, as well as company HR services, including working with reporting and analytics
- accompanying organizational structure changes, providing methodological support with a focus on business goals
- ensuring quality work with the team on complex labor issues and supporting employees, developing succession and key employees.
Requirements
What is important for us:
- higher education
- work experience in a manager or business partner role for at least 2 years
- expertise and understanding of all areas of team management (recruitment, adaptation, training, organizational and personnel expertise)
- developed soft skills: customer focus, high communication skills, proactivity, flexibility of thinking
- facilitation, moderation, public speaking skills
- advanced skills in working with Excel, PowerPoint
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (for example, GigaChat, Kandinsky).
