Responsibilities
- Search and selection of employees for various business units
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates based on values and professional competencies
- Candidate summary for the "hiring manager"
- Candidate processing in programs
- Interaction with "hiring manager" leadership on staffing issues
- Maintaining reporting for one's area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting for non-mass and managerial positions for 2+ years
- Knowledge of candidate search and assessment methods and tools
- Interviewing and competency assessment skills
- High level of self-organization
- Results-oriented approach
- Well-developed communication skills (sales experience is an advantage)
- Willingness to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-sponsored training).
