We are inviting a Personnel Assessment Specialist to join our friendly Sber team. We work with managers from various bank departments and act as experts and HR partners for our business. And we also have the coolest opportunities for learning and development!
Responsibilities
- Participation in group assessment events (assessment centers) as an observer
- Conducting individual assessment events
- Organizing and supporting assessment procedures
- Supporting individual development plans for the talent pool and current managers
- Planning and implementing career development programs for various personnel categories
- Preparing reporting and analytical documentation based on the results of assessment procedures
- Assisting the HR Business Partner on the relevant direction
Requirements
- Higher education (in Psychology, Human Resource Management)
- Experience in the field of personnel assessment
- Knowledge of modern HR technologies and approaches to personnel development
- Skills in conducting individual assessment procedures (competency-based interviews, personality testing, aptitude tests)
- Advanced user of MS Office, MS Excel programs
- High level of personal responsibility
- Developed communication skills, leadership qualities, flexibility
- Readiness to work in a multitasking environment
- Ability to learn
- Teamwork skills
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
