The Unified Customer Care Service of the Siberian Bank (Omsk) announces a competition for the position of Business Partner for Team Development.
We are looking for an experienced expert in the field of human resource management for the People and Culture unit, someone who understands how to use HR tools to achieve significant business results.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- working with a team of 2500 people
- supervising business units across all HR areas (recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.), working with reporting and analytics
- supporting the business team on issues of hiring, team retention, performance evaluation, motivation, compensation, and corporate benefits
- interacting with internal HR competence centers, setting up all processes, and implementing best practices
- supporting changes in organizational structure, providing methodological support with a focus on business goals
- ensuring high-quality work with the team on complex labor issues and supporting employees
- forming a talent pool and developing key employees.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher education (management, psychology, human resource management)
- at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or business partner role
- expertise and understanding of all team management areas (recruitment, onboarding, training, organizational and personnel expertise)
- developed soft skills: human-centricity, high communication skills, proactivity, flexibility of thinking
- advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint
- skills in facilitation, moderation, public speaking
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinskiy).
