Organizing internal and external training for company employees and partners.

Responsibilities

Main functions:

·      Interaction with business units on training matters, monitoring the level of training

·      Organizing internal and external training for company employees and partners

• Conducting training events (workshops, facilitations, master classes, brainstorming sessions, business games) according to approved training plans
• Organizing group enrollment for training

·      Participation in the development and updating of centralized training materials

·      Pre-training and post-training support for employees using approved centralized tools and forms

·      Interaction with managers and/or key employees on personnel training and development programs

·      Achieving established KPIs

·      Participation in the implementation of new training formats and methods

·      Working in project teams

·      Communicating with external clients regarding the sale of educational products

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

·      Knowledge of key HR processes;

·      At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or business trainer;

·      Knowledge of adult learning methodology

·      Ability to work with online tools and platforms

·      Skills in developing training materials and programs

·      Experience in conducting trainings and training events, facilitations, workshops

·      Data analysis skills and the ability to formulate proposals and reports based on analysis results

·      Proficient PC skills at an advanced user level (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

·      Knowledge of methodology and skills in developing and conducting facilitations

·      Experience working in project teams
