Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Designing hybrid learning formats
- Client interaction: capturing requirements, product calibration
- Developing distance learning courses
- Project management of a team of business trainers for creating distance learning courses and workshops
- Integrating AI into learning solutions
- Creating effective methods for assessing the quality of training and professional growth of employees
- Using innovative approaches (UX design, andragogy, prompt engineering) to increase participant engagement in the educational process
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
We value specialists with deep knowledge of pedagogical technologies, ready to implement new methods in adult personnel training. We expect the following skills and experience from the candidate:
- Experience independently designing and implementing distance learning courses for at least one year
- Practical experience in developing courses for developing soft skills and management competencies
- Deep understanding and application of modern models of pedagogical design: ADDIE, design thinking, UX design applied to educational products
- Knowledge of the basics of prompt engineering in the context of learning and developing intelligent assistants
- Understanding the theory and practice of andragogy and the 70/20/10 blended learning model
- Skill in analyzing the effectiveness of educational products
- Management experience
