Description
We are a team creating a comprehensive fraud prevention system and ensuring the online/offline safety of millions of the bank's clients 24/7/365, providing in-house developed tools for:
- Building a relationship graph (allows analyzing not only objects and their properties but also their connections with other objects of various levels and characteristics, and is used to gain additional knowledge about an object by extracting knowledge about its environment, identifying the most significant information, centers of influence, groups of related objects, chains)
- Geospatial analytics: location analysis, route and heatmap creation
- Detecting and analyzing fraud attempts and other anomalies
- A portfolio of high-tech services for accumulating and processing large volumes of data with complex structures

- AI solutions for deep data analysis
- A set of AI Tools giving agents access to platform tools and services

- RAG systems for working with corporate knowledge bases and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop the UX/UI concept for tools within the fraud prevention analytical platform
- Develop the logical structure of design elements, including the logic for transitions from page to page
- Develop and maintain the design system
- Design user interfaces for adaptive layouts, navigation, and visual content using Usability and Human Centered Design approaches
- Find and propose the most optimal ways to meet customer requirements
- Adjust visual elements based on the analysis of testing and debugging outputs
- Collect and analyze software performance statistics to improve user experience
- Conduct research, A/B tests, user interviews, CSI surveys
- Analyze and design user scenarios
Requirements
- Knowledge of UI/UX/Usability principles and modern technologies
- Experience with B2B/B2E products
- Confident knowledge of Pixso/Figma for creating mockups and clickable prototypes
- Experience in designing interfaces based on research
- Experience working with components using auto-layouts
- Experience interacting with development teams and conducting design reviews
- Skills in building CJM and user scenarios
- Ability to analyze user expectations and feedback
