We are looking for a designer-analyst to join the Customer Voice AS team.
Customer Voice AS is a system that collects customer satisfaction measurement results.
We work on deviations in customer journeys using advanced AI and ML technologies.
We provide a systematic digitized approach to analyzing deviations and their systematic improvement.
Responsibilities
- Designing the full UI/UX cycle: from research and concepts to final layouts
- Generating solutions together with analysts and developers
- Close collaboration with developers and accompanying the design implementation process
- Conducting UX and UI Reviews, quality control of new interfaces after implementation
Requirements
- Work experience: from 2 years of commercial experience in UX/UI design of digital products
- Portfolio with implemented projects (mobile applications, web)
- Proficiency in Figma or Pixso; experience with Jira, Confluence
- Deep understanding and practical application of UX/UI principles, usability, information architecture
- Data visualization skills: ability to effectively and clearly present complex data sets (graphs, charts, tables)
- Analytical thinking: ability to work with large volumes of information, extract the essence, understand business tasks and user needs
- Experience designing analytical dashboards, BI tools, confirmed in portfolio
- Working with design systems: experience creating, using, or supporting design systems to ensure interface consistency
