Description
We are looking for a product designer to join the team of a corporate communication platform that combines a messenger, email, meetings, and calls. We want to deepen the interface development so that users remain satisfied, and the development team gains another reliable assistant and like-minded colleague.
Responsibilities
- design the interface for the web version of the product and mobile applications
- work within the design system framework
- understand business objectives and propose solutions around them
- utilize analytics, formulate hypotheses, and test them
- be responsible for design quality throughout the entire product development chain, from mockups to beta version and launch
- collect feedback and take responsibility towards users
- present and defend your solutions, relying on facts and figures
- understand developers, assist them, and oversee implementation according to the design
- manage your time, set priorities, and independently monitor task deadlines.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience working in a product team
- understanding of the product development process
- ability to independently conduct user research
- good design awareness/taste ("nasmotrennost")
- basic editing skills
- product thinking.
