Description
Development of interfaces for a multi-channel monitoring and incident response platform for Sberbank's IT infrastructure. The product's goal is to increase the efficiency of managing critical situations to minimize damage to clients and the bank's internal processes.
Responsibilities
- conduct qualitative and quantitative research (primarily in-depth interviews, surveys, usability testing). Collect feedback from users (engineers, support administrators, etc.), understand the root causes of inquiries.
- design high-load interfaces for visualizing large volumes of data.
- create CJMs, compile reports, and present research results.
- identify growth points in the product and initiate research that will help improve the product and become the basis for the team's backlog.
- participate in requirement specification together with analysts.
- adapt interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- conduct design reviews and polish functionality to perfection.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer, with a focus on complex B2B systems, CRM, ERM.
- experience in qualitative and quantitative research, ability to select appropriate methods and frameworks for research tasks, skills in CustDev, proficiency in JTBD methodology, creating Job stories, skills in building CJM.
- skills in building interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing.
- track deadlines, plan workload.
- look at a problem beyond its initial formulation, ability to ask questions and gather information necessary for work.
- experience working with design systems and adapting them for specific tasks, maintaining order in components and cleanliness in layouts.
- proficiency in tools: Figma/Pixso, PowerPoint.
- skills in working with generative AI models, experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
