What We Expect From You

You have worked as a web designer for at least two years and are proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
You think systematically and anticipate user scenarios, capable of seeing the product as a whole
You follow instructions and can work with small formats (banners, icons)
You are prepared to explain your decisions and communicate with the team, product owners, and developers
You are attentive to details and understand design principles
