Description
The GigaChat team is looking for a designer to shape and implement a new visual vision for the product direction.
Responsibilities
- shape and develop the visual vision for the direction — from the overall concept to the design of key interfaces
- transform complex technological solutions into attractive and understandable user scenarios
- design memorable and emotional user experiences for different platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
- package product functionality into expressive and modern visuals
- collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers at all stages of product creation
- conduct creative and product reviews, be the driver for the development of your own direction.
Requirements
- see the product broader than a set of mockups: able to formulate and justify design vision, view the product as a whole; do not wait for detailed technical specifications, but establish standards and approaches for the team; capable of building and maintaining a design system
- create emotional and valuable design for the user: make interfaces vibrant, convenient, and memorable; know how to make the user want to share the product with friends; balance between simplicity and expressiveness of visual solutions
- expert in details and processes: meticulously work out UI details, control animations, micro-interactions, prototype complex scenarios; have over 5 years of experience working in product teams, proficient in Figma and similar tools; work with components, autolayouts, animations; familiar with AI tools for analysis, generation, automation of design tasks
- know product analytics: formulate hypotheses, launch research, rely on data for decision-making; experience with AI products (GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar) will be an advantage.
