Designer (HR Platform)

Description

Pulse is Sber's HR platform, which has over 300 thousand users. We are currently looking for a Lead Communications Designer, capable of effectively handling visual communication tasks of varying levels and directions.

Our ideal candidate combines strong graphics creation skills, an understanding of client needs, and aesthetic sense at the 2027 level. Together with a team of designers, editors, and researchers, they will dive into the task of rethinking and developing Pulse's visual communication system, as well as provide high-quality support to management for ad-hoc requests: special projects, preparation of visual concepts, design of news and presentation narratives for top management.

Responsibilities

• together with the Pulse design team, develop the platform's visual language, seek and propose new solutions, contribute to the visual evolution of the platform
• develop communication special projects and create graphic solutions for them
• design news and analytics for Sber's top management
• refine and visualize product ideas for presentations to top management
• develop internal visual communication initiatives of the cluster and propose new ones; do cool things.

Requirements

· portfolio of completed projects;

· experience in designing visual communication systems / identity;

· broad outlook and experience with advanced design tools, including neural network ones;

· confident command of Figma / Pixso and Keynote / PowerPoint.

· ability to identify problems, justify solutions, and work in a team;

· ability to switch between different tasks and deliver projects on time;

· love for infographics, infostyle, and narrative.
