We are looking for a designer to join our team to prepare presentations for top management and the department's leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Development of visual concepts (presentations, news digests, infographics, email newsletters, visuals for internal and external communications), design control
- Immersion in the client's business processes and participation in product development discussions with tribe leaders, product leaders, developers, marketing, and PR teams
- Search, preparation, and visualization of design solutions for special projects.
- Structuring, following, and maintaining the existing design system
- Monitoring compliance with task deadlines and project progress
Requirements
- Portfolio link must be included in the resume
- Experience with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma/Pixso) for creating custom elements, image processing, developing complex layouts. Understanding slide layout and composition principles.
- Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals: color theory, typography, composition, visual hierarchy. A sense of style and visual literacy — the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and modern solutions. Data visualization skills — the ability to choose the appropriate chart type and format it competently.
- Ability to understand the client's task: asking the right questions, analyzing the brief and presentation goals. Storytelling skills — assisting in building a logical and engaging narrative. Ability to simplify the complex — turning large amounts of information into concise and clear visual messages.
- Use of generative AI platforms to create unique content.
- Visualization of complex data using infographics and charts to make information understandable for the audience.
