Description
A Content Manager position is open at the Competence Center "Expenditure Analytics". We are looking for a broad-profile specialist combining the skills of a designer, project manager, and marketer. You will be faced with exciting tasks involving the development of content plans and the creation of original graphic solutions. If you have competencies at the intersection of design, management, and marketing, then this position is for you!
Responsibilities
What main tasks await you
- development and maintenance of content strategy and content plan
- writing releases, articles, and other materials for the website, social media, and media (Tier-1, Tier-2)
- layout of presentations and other visual materials
- maintenance of a register of communication materials.
Other possible tasks
- organization of conferences, workshops, educational projects, and other events
- development of internal and external professional communities.
Requirements
We expect that you have
- higher education in communications, advertising, graphic design, marketing, or related fields
- at least 2 years of experience in content development, managing digital channels, and layout of graphic materials
- professional proficiency in graphic design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of layout principles
- experience in building an effective communication system with clients, product users, and partners
- literate oral and written speech, high proficiency in Russian
- developed time and task management skills, as well as systems thinking.
It will be an advantage if you
- understand processes and terminology in the field of finance, banking, or fintech
- know about Process Mining technology
- have experience in fintech or IT
- have organized large external events (conferences, forums, exhibitions)
- have previously prepared publications for media (Tier-1, Tier-2).
