The team is engaged in developing corporate culture, managing internal communications, and supporting HR processes.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of a communication and event program aimed at achieving goals according to the internal communications strategy
- integration of subsidiary companies and teams in the regions into the block's communications and events, managing the process, synchronizing participants and organizers
- organizing the packaging of "meanings" and communicating changes through the block's communication channels (Telegram channel, newsletters, team meetings for different target audiences, team-building events)
- working with the cultural code, together with the leadership team and HR, developing the block's internal corporate culture
- informing the block's employees about key events
- monitoring the quality and effectiveness of communications and events: analyzing effectiveness based on market benchmarks, ensuring compliance with standards, communication policy, and brand guidelines
- reporting on the communications direction, analyzing metrics
- developing the block's employees.
Requirements
- mandatory experience in the role of head of internal communications and corporate culture for at least 3 years
- experience in organizing events for different target audiences
- experience working with senior management and the hr block
- experience in communicating and developing corporate culture, HR brand
- experience in developing professional communities and building horizontal connections, gamification
- skills in storytelling, copywriting, using AI in communications and events
- having a database of speakers on scientific-technical and cultural topics, a database of business session moderators, and a broad list of agency contacts will be an advantage.
