Internal Communications Manager

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager for the Yandex City Services team. You will be responsible for the communication support of the business group's key projects.

What tasks await you

Communication planning and writing You will develop internal communication channels, find and generate news hooks for them, come up with and launch new formats, and write crisis (and other) communications, for example, regarding organizational changes.

Event organization You will conduct internal business events with colleagues, helping speakers prepare for presentations. You will need to participate in organizing entertainment events and other projects aimed at supporting employee loyalty and engagement.

Corporate culture development Together with the business and HR teams, you will launch initiatives to develop corporate culture and strengthen cross-team connections.

We expect you to

• Have worked in the communications field for at least three years
• Write well and enjoy doing it
• Be creative and not afraid to propose bold ideas
• Be capable of working in a multitasking and uncertain environment
• Can independently delve into new topics and take responsibility
