What we expect from you
- Have worked in the field of internal communications for at least 3 years, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, and have a good understanding of project management
- Have an excellent command of the Russian language, can edit and proofread texts, and understand the essence of Tone of Voice (ToV)
- Are capable of organizing the coordinated work of a team, know how to maintain employee motivation, and strive for development
- Can act rationally in complex situations, possess flexibility, and are ready to approach problem-solving in unconventional ways
- Are empathetic, know how to find an approach to different people, are proactive, responsible, and independent in decision-making
