Internal Communications Manager

Yandex's Corporate Center team is looking for an Internal Communications Manager.

What tasks await you

Developing a communication strategy You will formulate narratives and positions on complex issues, develop and launch communication campaigns for managers, including C-level. Propose unconventional solutions to engage this audience in the company's projects.

Interaction with related teams You will regularly meet with employees from related areas, involve them in discussions and project implementation, create plans and detailed technical specifications for internal editorial teams, Yandex HR departments, designers, marketers, and analysts.

Text editing You will write and edit texts, structure thoughts, highlight key points, communicate in the audience's language, and determine when it's better to use other tools instead of text.

• Have worked in communications for at least three years
