Description
We are looking for a Product Editor / Content Producer to join the communications team of the internal corporate messenger SberChat.
Your task is to ensure SberChat's regular presence in the internal communication field of Sber, to qualitatively cover the releases of new functionality and product advantages for different audiences, and to create convenient and understandable navigation for users through product information.
Responsibilities
- development of a content plan for the product's own communication channels
- writing, agreeing news with the product team, preparing content together with the design team
- interaction with partner channels within the entire Sber's internal communications and divisions: special projects, communication campaigns for releases of new functionality
- development and implementation of communication campaigns for events (meetups, conferences): announcements, post-announcements, communication support during events
- monitoring the information environment and viral processing of situational informational occasions
- regular monitoring of publication effectiveness, adjusting content plans based on data analysis results
- development and editing of the internal product portal
- participation in the development of communication strategy and generation of ideas for new projects
- communication support for the community of loyal users: development and promotion of the landing page and space for participant communication, creation of all types of content for the community.
Requirements
- have experience in product or B2B copywriting
- write clearly and structurally, without marketing fluff
- understand how texts affect onboarding, conversion, and user retention
- understand a complex product and translate its logic into user language
- work with different formats: from posts and presentations to in-product and UX texts
- independently collect and structure material (ask questions, suggest wordings, presentation options)
- propose improvements to communication formats and logic, not just execute tasks
- look at tasks from different levels of abstraction and switch between helicopter view and "the sand"
- set tasks for yourself and colleagues, prioritize, and follow established deadlines
- successful experience in preparing cases for participation in industry awards and competitions will be an advantage.
