Responsibilities
- organization and execution of in-house sponsor/exhibition/event projects for bank clients: planning, development of creative components, development of technical specifications, budget preparation, event management, reporting on completed activities
- development and implementation of annual plans for PR support of products and services, as well as PR support for the Bank's business and strategic projects
- implementation of activities in the areas of PR and internal communications in the territory
- organization of interaction with media representatives and the public regarding information support for the bank's activities
- prompt response to crisis situations using PR tools, preventing the spread of negative information in the territory
- planning, development, and execution of press events with media participation (press conferences, press briefings, etc.)
- coordination and informational support for participation of bank representatives in advisory and expert bodies and committees under government authorities together with relevant departments
- organization and coverage of participation of branch management in thematic columns, sections
- preparation and distribution of press releases, articles, messages for the media
- content preparation, including news messages, articles
- planning and implementation of communication support for the Bank's internal corporate events at the regional level.
Requirements
- higher education
- experience in organizing and conducting event activities + full documentary support for events (preparation of technical specifications, budget documentation, administrative documents, submission for procurement/sponsorship commission)
- experience working with regional media editorial offices and publics
- knowledge of regional event activities of different scales (International, All-Russian, Regional)
- experience working with contractors
- business communication skills
- experience working with top management, senior executives to organize participation of Sber's top management in the Far East in major regional events, preparation of talking points and materials for speeches
- skills in planning and implementing internal communication activities
- at least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, graphic editors
- skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky).
