Description
Sber's team is looking for an experienced marketer to organize large-scale bank events, interact with the media, and manage internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- organization and holding of events (business breakfasts, conferences, sponsorship projects) + full documentary support (preparation of technical specifications, cost estimates, administrative documents, initiation of procurement/sponsorship commission)
- comprehensive integration of Sber into regional event projects of various scales
- building relationships with Sber's partners and clients
- organizing the participation of Sber's top management in the Ryazan region in major regional events, preparing talking points and materials for speeches
- organizing interaction with media representatives and the public
- preparation of communication materials, including news messages, press releases, articles
- handling negative information in the media and social networks
- monitoring the information agenda
- organizing video shoots for external and internal communications (writing texts, editing, quality control of layout and shooting, independently shooting and editing simple videos)
- organizing press briefings, press conferences, press tours, TV segment shoots
- planning and implementation of internal communications activities and corporate events with full documentary support
Requirements
- higher education (marketing, PR, journalism)
- work experience in communications and organizing large-scale events from 3 years
- experience in organizing events from idea to implementation, preparing texts/talking points, interacting with the media
- skills and experience in communication with administrative bodies (foundations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, etc.)
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, graphic editors, working with neural networks
- ability to work in multitasking mode
