SberUser is the department that concentrates the maximum number of services for the daily work of the bank's and ecosystem's employees. Browser, email, messenger, employee identification systems, video conferencing, address book, and much, much more.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- create new and improve existing design solutions for complex corporate products
- propose modern visual solutions for web services and mobile applications
- work with a large amount of information and business requirements
- develop user interaction scenarios with the product and identify pain points and UX issues in current solutions
- work collaboratively with researchers, developers, and the product team from idea to release.
Requirements
What we expect from the candidate
- must have experience in designing complex, multi-component systems
- experience with interface design on various platforms
- you should be product-oriented to make it convenient, understandable, and logical for users
- have experience working within a design system, but understand where non-standard solutions can be applied and be prepared to explain it with sound reasoning
- possess strong visual design competencies
- be responsible, meticulous, attentive to detail, and value systematicity
- have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant portfolio.
