Product Designer at Auto.ru Business

Auto.ru is one of the largest and most well-known websites in the Russian internet where you can buy or sell a car. Our mission is to develop the Russian automotive market, making it transparent, convenient, and safe for all participants.

We are currently looking for a product designer to join our team and develop the online platforms of Auto.ru Business.

What tasks await you

Design Development You will work on design, bring tasks to completion, and be responsible for their quality. To understand the tasks and needs of dealers well, you need to understand complex financial issues and master a new domain.

Analytics and Optimization You will generate product hypotheses together with the manager and test your ideas in practice, simplify and automate existing user processes.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience as a product designer working with applications and the web
• Have worked with complex systems with cross-functional constraints (product and technical)
• Have established processes from the design side within a team
• Have a successful track record of collaborating with product teams and development teams
• Have interviewed users and gathered stakeholder requirements
