Product Designer for Direct

We create tools that businesses use daily to grow and find their customers. Our team is responsible for the interfaces of advertising dashboards—from the simple Direct Lite to the powerful Direct Pro and the mobile app. These are complex systems with campaign settings, reports, and AI solutions, where convenience and clarity are everything.

Your key goal is to make it easy and intuitive for advertisers to work with our products. You will directly influence how businesses interact with the Yandex ecosystem, simplifying their path to results.

What tasks await you

Designing user scenarios You will delve deeply into the needs of advertisers, proposing solutions that make their work more efficient and simpler.

Creating consistent interfaces You will work with our design system, maintaining unified standards across all dashboards (Desktop, Direct Pro, mobile app). Your task is to ensure a cohesive experience, working closely with fellow designers responsible for different sections.

Argumentation and communication You will actively discuss design solutions with the management team: arguing for your proposals, carefully listening to feedback, and arriving together at the best options.

We expect you to have

• More than four years of experience in product design
• Confident proficiency in Figma, using plugins for efficient work
• Experience designing interfaces for B2B dashboards (both desktop and mobile versions)
• Worked with design systems and component libraries
• Possess strong skills in designing user flows
• Able to formulate thoughts clearly, discuss specifications with managers, and argue design decisions
• Attention to detail: typography, spacing, interactive states of elements
• Think structurally and can organize complex information
• Skilled at designing user flows

Will be a plus

• Ability to create scripts or plugins for Figma or other tools to automate routine tasks
• Understanding the principles of e-commerce scenarios and their specifics
• Deep knowledge of advertising products and advertisers' pain points
• Understanding how Search works and how advertising is integrated into the ecosystem
