Product Designer for Yandex Food's Partner Product

You will be a full-fledged partner to the product manager at all stages. We expect you to deeply immerse yourself in the business context, independently or together with the product manager, conduct research, question the initial hypotheses, ask "why" and propose alternative solutions, focusing on real value for the user and the business.

What tasks await you

Improving restaurant operational work You will look for solutions that eliminate errors, optimize, and increase the transparency of all processes – from order management to customer communication.

Developing tools for working with restaurant content These are tasks aimed at growing the key user interaction metrics for Yandex Food with the restaurant menu – increasing add-to-cart actions, frequency of actions, and average check – through partner tools.

Building a high-quality and holistic product Our global goal is to help partners work more efficiently and earn more: both in delivery and in the restaurant dining area, as well as in all cities and countries where the product is present.

We expect that you

• Possess deep product thinking: you can see beyond the interface, understand business metrics, market context, and make decisions at the intersection of user needs and company goals
• Are proactive and critical in dialogue with the product manager: you quickly immerse yourself in the context, are ready to challenge incoming hypotheses, defend your point of view with arguments, ask clarifying questions, and jointly find optimal solutions
• Have the skill of persuasive presentation and defense of solutions: you can clearly, structured, and confidently communicate the logic of your decisions to both the design team and key stakeholders
• Have experience designing complex web or mobile B2B/SaaS services
• Master the full design cycle: from user research, CJM, and cross-platform analytics to interactive prototypes and hypothesis testing
• Are systematic and detail-oriented: capable of keeping the overall product picture in mind without missing important implementation nuances
• Communicate excellently and know how to work in a team, giving and receiving constructive feedback

Will be a plus

• Have experience in the restaurant sector, e-commerce, retail, or logistics
• Possess skills in conducting user interviews and usability testing
• Understand the basics of web development for effective dialogue with engineers
