Product Designer for Plus (Central Asia)

Yandex Plus is a complex ecosystem with millions of users worldwide, bringing together many Yandex services. Our team focuses on developing the subscription in Central Asian countries.

What tasks await you

Working with the product team Together with the product manager, you will generate hypotheses and ideas for experiments and then transform them into high-quality design solutions.

Design tasks You will work with mobile and web applications, constantly raising the bar for visual quality and communication. Adapt existing product scenarios to the specifics of the Central Asian region.

Working with user needs You will closely collaborate with researchers, learn about users and their needs, enrich and validate design solutions.

We expect you to

• Have worked in product teams for three years or more
• Are ready to show and talk about several cases from your portfolio
• Can quickly create prototypes and drafts — visualize a hypothesis or experiment idea
• Have an understanding of basic product and business metrics
• Have initiated or participated in user research
• Possess good taste and a well-trained eye, paying attention to aesthetics
